Pippa is a partner in our construction team. She specialises in non-contentious construction law.
She acts for developers, purchasers, tenants, funders, contractors, consultants and private individuals assisting with their construction documentation requirements (including Building Contracts, Appointments, Collateral Warranties, Bonds, Guarantees and all associated documentation) from inception to (non-contentious) settlement of disputes. Pippa also provides construction input on the drafting and negotiation of property and finance documentation.
Pippa has over 10 years of experience in assisting clients with a wide range of construction projects from large commercial and mixed use developments to individual projects on private residences

Pippa joined the firm from DAC Beachcroft LLP in 2014 where she had worked since 2005 and prior to that Pippa trained and qualified at Mayer Brown LLP.
