Chambers & Partners UK
Oliver took a different approach from other lawyers. He was responsive to our needs, providing a clear opinion and highly practical advice in a situation where we needed to make a decision very fast. Oliver’s analysis of our position was from both a legal and a commercial perspective, which allowed us to agree an immediate course of action. Those steps significantly improved our negotiation power and led to a settlement agreement between both parties within days.
