Neale has over 25 years of experience advising clients on their most complex, challenging and rewarding projects.
His work covers the full range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business sales and joint ventures, as well as advising clients on secured lending and commercial contracts.
Neale always seeks to tailor his advice to meet each client’s specific commercial and financial objectives, enabling business owners and managers to achieve their longer term ambitions.
Neale is also part of Mundays’ banking and insolvency teams.

Away from the office, Neale is a keen cyclist and golfer. Neale is an Alleyn’s old boy and graduate of Tabor Academy Massachusetts.
Neale studied law at Leicester University and The College of Law, Chester.
Neale is Deputy Chairman of Governors at Prior’s Field School in Godalming, Surrey.
