Neale is the Managing Partner of Mundays and is also head of the Corporate and Commercial Department. Neale’s primary focus is to ensure that the firm’s clients receive not only the very best legal advice but also a first rate service to meet the expectations set for each engagement.
Providing the very best service to our clients requires attracting and developing talented team members. A significant part of Neale’s role is ensuring Mundays’ has the necessary talent and that the team is able to deliver its services to clients efficiently and with added value.
Neale has over 30 years of experience advising clients on their most complex, challenging and rewarding projects.
His advisory work covers the full range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business sales and joint ventures, as well as advising clients on secured lending and commercial contracts.
Neale always seeks to tailor his advice to meet each client’s specific commercial and financial objectives, enabling business owners and managers to achieve their longer term ambitions.
Neale is also part of Mundays’ banking and insolvency teams.
Away from the office, Neale is a keen cyclist and occasional golfer. Neale is an Alleyn’s old boy and graduate of Tabor Academy Massachusetts.
Neale studied law at Leicester University and The College of Law, Chester.
Neale is Deputy Chairman of Governors at Prior’s Field School in Godalming, Surrey.
