Miranda is a partner and head of the Family Department.
Miranda joined Mundays in 2008 having worked previously in London with some of the leading Family Law specialists in the country. Miranda advises on all aspects of family law but with a particular interest in the financial aspects of marriage and relationship breakdown including those with international issues, financial settlements following a foreign divorce as well as pre and post nuptial agreements and private children issues.
Miranda provides a bespoke service for each of her clients, based on their needs and those of their family. She works with them to find pragmatic and realistic solutions to what can be emotionally charged situations.
Miranda is a trained collaborative lawyer and accredited Resolution Specialist in complex finances and international and European Family law. She has sat on Resolution’s International Committee since 2003, is a regular contributor to the legal press and a published author.

When Miranda is not working she enjoys spending time with her two young children who encourage her to reach new heights – usually on rollercoasters!
