Mark is a highly experienced corporate and finance lawyer with a long track record of excellence built up during his time at the London office of a leading US firm and at Mundays which he joined as a partner in 2006.

Mark is qualified in both the UK and US (Massachusetts & Ohio) and this brings distinct advantages to clients both in terms of legal skills and Mark’s commercial approach.

Mark’s practice includes a broad range of corporate/M&A, finance and private equity transactions. Mark also heads up the Mundays’ Banking team.

Mark is acknowledged as a leading individual in Chambers & Partners (2018), is recommended in The Legal 500 (2017) and has been recognised as a “Super Lawyer” in the annual Thomson Reuters Directory.

Recent Experience

Mark has recently advised:

  • Advised a large residential care operator on more than 20 separate asset and share acquisitions in the UK;
  • Represented a UK prestige home builder in the refinancing of a £55 million senior and mezzanine facility;
  • Represented a private equity investment group focused on the UK and Singapore in a new secured credit facility 
  • Advised the buyer in an MBO of a “specials” pharmaceutical products manufacturer including debt financing of £21 million and a new investment of £6.3 million.
