Maria handles all aspects of commercial property work, with a particular interest in licensed property (the sale and acquisition of restaurants, pubs, clubs and hotels). She has experience of secured lending and property finance, development funding, and investment property (including buy to lets and HMOs). Maria also advises on option agreements, planning agreements and overage agreements.
Maria deals with commercial leases of all types of commercial premises including leases of shops, industrial units, offices, studios and galleries. Maria also has extensive experience in the complex area of leasehold enfranchisement.
Maria’s clients include both landlords and tenants, lenders, investors and developers, who praise her for her pragmatic approach and clear advice.

In the little spare time allowed by her two daughters, Maria also enjoys cycling, walking and birdwatching. Maria has long been involved in the local community, using her expertise to help with public rights of way claims, planning and licensing issues.
