Kirstie joined Mundays in July 2018 after working as the secretarial services provider and office manager of a chartered accountants practice for over 13 years. She has provided administrative company secretarial support to companies in all sectors over many years, helping to ease the burden of maintaining company records, and to ensure compliance with the Companies Act.
As the Company Secretarial Administrator for Mundays, Kirstie manages the maintenance of statutory registers and company books for our company secretarial clients, and also carries out the Registered Office function for clients who have subscribed to each of these services.

As part of the Corporate & Commercial team Kirstie provides transactional support to colleagues and has experience in producing documentation for share allotments, share capital reductions, share buy backs, restructuring and reorganisations. She also assists the various other departments here at Mundays, including property, providing developer clients with assistance in transferring their membership interests in a development management company to the new owners of the properties.
Outside of work Kirstie enjoys being creative, reading and spending time with family and friends.
