James Picknell.


James is the head of Mundays’ property disputes team. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is listed in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as a leading individual of Real Estate Litigation.

James advises on contentious commercial and residential landlord and tenant property matters including dilapidations, forfeiture, rent review, lease renewals, breach of covenant, rent arrears recovery, service charge disputes and possession actions. He is highly experienced in advising landlords and tenants on the exercise of break notices and the consequences thereto.

James also has extensive experience advising on adverse possession claims and boundary disputes and regularly advises private clients on disputes in the areas of restrictive covenants, rights of way and nuisance.
