Fiona has more than 25 years’ experience on resolution of advising on contractual and in employment partnership and shareholder relationships, particularly family businesses. Her experience relates to issues on formation to progression and trading to the breakdown of a business relationship and Fiona works at resolving a client’s needs to a satisfactory commercial conclusion as quickly and effectively as possible and in a sympathetic manner.

In particular Fiona also focuses on work with an international aspect as a director of CICERO, League of International Lawyers, the network of international law firms of which Mundays is a member.

Recent experiences

  • Advising on the establishment of a partnership arrangement working to provide services under franchise network arrangement for compliance purposes.
  • Advising on the departure of an executive director and shareholder of a company in a highly contentious situation.
  • Advising on contractual arrangement for a sub-contractor to our client also taking a licence of premises, rental of equipment and providing a sales agency to our client business.
  • Acting on behalf of directors of a company in connection with giving financial security using their personal assets and a contribution deed for cross obligations in relation to their corporate investment vehicles.

Additional information

Fiona has been elected to the Board of CICERO, League of International Lawyers, a network of international independent law firms and a member of AILFN, to serve until 2019.

Fiona has a PGDip in employment law and is a member of Employment Lawyers Association.
