Fiona has more than 25 years’ experience advising on employment, partnership and general contractual matters and resolving issues that arise, particularly with family businesses. Her experience relates to the formation of those relationships through to breakdown. Fiona works to find a satisfactory commercial conclusion to suit the client’s needs, speedily and in a sympathetic manner.
In particular, Fiona also focuses on work with an international aspect, as a key contact and former director of CICERO, League of International Lawyers, the network of international law firms of which Mundays is a member.
She also advises clients in a range of circumstances where “Independent Legal Advice” is required, such as personal guarantees, divorce fees loans and “bank of mum and dad” contributions to property purchases.
Fiona has a PGDip in employment law and is a member of Employment Lawyers Association.
