Elizabeth Duffy looks at two high profile cases which could change the way the family justice system works

Elizabeth studied History at Royal Holloway, University of London and obtained a first class degree. She studied both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LLM Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, achieving a distinction in her masters course. She was awarded the Law First Scholarship for her GDL and LPC.
Elizabeth is the Social Secretary for Young Surrey Lawyers.
Elizabeth was awarded a commendation award in The Law Society Junior Lawyers Division annual essay competition in 2017.
She is also committed to pro bono activities within the legal sector and is a current mentor on the University of Law’s mentoring scheme.
