Beth Johnson.
Solicitor
Beth is a Solicitor within the Private Wealth Department.
She is responsible for a range of tasks, including the drafting of codicils, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trust documents. She also assists with the registration of Powers of Attorney, administration of estates and the probate process.
Beth relocated to England from New Zealand in 2018. She is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, and since joining Mundays she completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme to obtain admission to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.

- Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing clients with inheritance tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty land tax advice.
- Completing online probate applications and estate administration.
- Preparation of trust deeds of appointment and retirement.
- Redesigning the process and security of the firms Will database.
Outside of the law Beth enjoys netball, rugby and open water swimming.
