By putting in place a Will you can ensure that your estate passes according to your wishes on your death. If you die without a valid Will in place (intestate), your estate passes according to the law and this may not be to the people that you wish; e.g. to the disadvantage of cohabitees, children from a first marriage etc.

Beth studied law in New Zealand and is admitted to the roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the New Zealand High Court. Outside of the law Beth enjoys netball, rugby and open water swimming.
