Amelia Alston.

Trainee Solicitor

Amelia is a second year trainee at Mundays, currently based in the family team.

Amelia graduated from the University of Bristol having read History of Art.  She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with distinction at the University of Law, whilst working as a full-time paralegal in a top international London law firm.

Amelia has a particular interest in family law, specifically the legal implications of fertility treatment and surrogacy in modern family building.  She is currently undertaking a part-time LLM in Healthcare Ethics and Law at the University of Manchester to further her knowledge and understanding of these implications.

In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and watching rugby at the pub, together with baking and cycling.
