HCA is a group of ten care homes based across Somerset, north Somerset and Wiltshire, specialising in residential care for young adults with complex needs arising from autism.
CMG has significant expertise in supporting people with learning disabilities and particularly complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and associated complex health needs. We are delighted to have worked with CMG on its purchase of HCA.
The team, led by Corporate and Commercial partner Mark Andrew, included senior associate Howard White (Corporate), solicitor Oliver Morgan (Corporate), partner Gavin Partridge (Commercial Property) and solicitor Sophie Banks (Employment).
