Surrey and London law firm Mundays LLP has advised the shareholders of Nebulas on the acquisition by SecureLink Group of the company, who received backing from private equity firm InvestCorp.
Nebulas, based in London, is the UK’s largest independent cyber security service provider. Nick Garlick (the founder of Nebulas) will remain as managing director of the company and will continue to operate the business going forward.
Nick Garlick said “We were impressed with how quickly and diligently the two teams worked in order to get the deal done in the short timescale available. Becoming part of a European group represents a natural step for Nebulas and with Nebulas on board SecureLink can now boast a revenue run rate of Euro 235 million.”
David Irving said “We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of Nebulas, long-standing clients of the firm, on this transaction and we wish Nebulas all the best for the next step in its journey”.
