Mundays boosts property department with two new hires

Mundays has welcomed two new joiners to its property department.

Gavin Partridge has joined as a solicitor in the commercial property team. Gavin, who qualified in 2007, joins from ASB Law and has extensive experience advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, property investment and portfolio management. Whilst at ASB Law, Gavin was instructed by trusts converting schools to academies and prepared land questionnaires for the  Department for Education.

Kerianne Walker has also joined as a solicitor in the residential conveyancing team.  Before joining Mundays, Kerianne was a solicitor at The Partnership in Guildford. Kerianne qualified in 2012 and has a great deal of experience of advising clients on a wide range of residential property matters.
