Mundays LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Neale Andrews as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Banking department.
Neale specialises in mergers and acquisitions, banking and other corporate finance and debt restructuring work. His practice also involves commercial and intellectual property advice to companies in a variety of sectors.
Neale joins from the Guildford office of Laytons where he had been the Managing Partner since 2004, previously having worked in the Corporate Team of their London office for many years. Neale qualified in 1988.
