MUNDAYS LLP recently advised Brammer plc on their placing, by way of a cash box structure, of 4,795,000 new ordinary shares of 20 pence each into the market representing in aggregate 9.9% of the Company’s issued share capital raising £15.8 million before commissions and expenses.
Dresdner Kleinwort acted as placing agent and underwriter in relation to the placing and was advised by Ashurst.
