spending cuts affect powers of attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) must be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) before it can be used by Attorneys. Over the next four years the Ministry of Justice's budget is to be cut by 23%. This is expected to affect the OPG.
