Earlier this year, new legislation was passed that includes a number of important implications for the management of UK businesses, and how they file certain pieces of information. The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 includes measures which aim to make the ownership of UK companies more transparent and to increase trust in the UK as a place to do business.
Whilst some of these changes have already come into force, there are a number of significant changes on the horizon, which you need to be aware of - these may require you change some of your existing procedures.
