Commercial Litigation

An ever more complex and inter-connected world economy is giving rise not just to an increase in commercial disputes but to a growing diversity in disputes. Lawyers need to respond to this with a better understanding of their clients’ businesses and the world in which they operate.

Mundays' commercial litigation team provide advice and representation in a wide variety of industry sectors. Based on many years of experience in City practices, the team has considerable experience in large and complex litigation, as well as both domestic and international arbitration. We recognise the need to focus on client objectives to provide tailored solutions and relevant commercial advice. As such our lawyers are also specialists in advising on all forms of alternative dispute resolution encompassing mediation, negotiation and expert determination amongst others.

Many of the matters we deal with involve international aspects where we are able when necessary to use our close connections with lawyers in other jurisdictions through our membership of Cicero, an established network of over 30 international independent law firms.
