  • preparing ancillary documentation such as a shareholders’ agreements for joint owners of franchise businesses

As a long-standing affiliate member of the British Franchise Association, Mundays supports the BFA’s aims to promote ethical franchising. Mundays is also a founding member of Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF).

We work closely with other professionals including accountants, insurance brokers, banks and franchise consultants to assist with the preparation of financial models, identification of resources, territory allocation, recruitment and training, marketing, businesses for sale and corporate structuring.

Our specialists in other departments can advise both franchisors and franchisees on: how best to handle disputes between franchise parties and if necessary how to bring the relationship to an end the provisions of any lease forming part of the franchise and any other property issues which may arise.
