As Head of Mundays’ Corporate and Commercial Department Neale’s primary focus is to ensure that his team’s clients receive not only first rate legal advice but also a first rate service to meet the expectations set for each engagement.

Neale has over 25 years of experience advising clients on their most complex, challenging and rewarding projects.

His work covers the full range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business sales and joint ventures, as well as advising clients on secured lending and commercial contracts.

Neale always seeks to tailor his advice to meet each client’s specific commercial and financial objectives, enabling business owners and managers to achieve their longer term ambitions.

Neale is also part of Mundays’ banking and insolvency teams.

  • Acting for the shareholders of Nebulas Solutions Group on their sale to Investcorp backed SecureLink, a cybersecurity specialist operating across Europe;
  • Advising the shareholders of Orb Financial Services on their sale to US financial services giant AJ Gallagher;
  • Acting for a Middle East based purchaser of a niche technology company in the recycling sector
  • Representing the shareholders of Baines Simmons on their sale to Air Partner PLC
  • Advising Global Logistics Group on its MBO of B&H Worldwide airline logistics group
  • Advising Royal Caribbean on the sale of its subsidiary, Sunshine Cruise Holidays
  • Acting for ChannelAdvisor on its acquisition of E-Tale Holdings Group
  • Advising Malino Development on its acquisition of Bodmin Jail

Funding and Restructuring

  • Advising Deveq on its project development funding for a new 30+ unit residential development in South East London.
  • Acting for Carmel (Group) Ltd when restructuring its banking facilities
  • Advising Destiny Wireless on its rights issue and restructuring
  • Assisting Workplace Futures Group on its share buy back from former directors of the group.

  • Advising Smart Debit on its suite of commercial agreements
  • Acting for a start-up niche invoice finance company on its loan and security documentation

Away from the office, Neale is a keen cyclist and golfer. Neale is an Alleyn’s old boy and graduate of Tabor Academy Massachusetts.

Neale studied law at Leicester University and The College of Law, Chester.

Neale is Deputy Chairman of Governors at Prior’s Field School in Godalming, Surrey.
