Pentagon Protection Plc acquisition of SDS Group

Mundays LLP acted for AIM listed company Pentagon Protection Plc, a global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of SDS Group Limited.

SDS Group Limited is an international security company based in Kent and is a leader in high risk security consulting, training and the supply of a comprehensive range of security equipment and products.
