We are pleased to announce the promotion of three new partners taking the number of partners to 27.
In the Corporate department Phil Walton is promoted to partner. Phil advises on all aspects of M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions, and is a member of the firm's Healthcare, Logistics and Environmental sector groups. Phil is an expert on the acquisition and disposal of pharmacy chains, having advised on the acquisition and disposal of over 100 pharmacies in the last twelve months.
In the Residential Development department James Lawrence is promoted to partner. James’s area of expertise covers all areas of residential development acting for a number of house builders with particular emphasis on site acquisition.

In the Family department Veronica Gilmour is promoted to partner. Veronica specialises in all areas of family work but with a particular emphasis on financial settlements for high net worth clients.
