Mundays, the Surrey solicitors, recently advised the selling shareholders of Naston Limited ("Naston") on the multi-million pound sale of shares to Stanco Systems UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Toronto listed company Semcan, Inc.
Naston carries on the business of engineering and contracting services, specialising in water and waste water treatment systems, sewage treatment package plants and solutions for sustainability and water re-use. Naston has been in business for thirty years and is headquartered in Weybridge and enjoys long term operating contracts with some of the major publicly traded water utility companies in the United Kingdom.
