MUNDAYS LLP recently advised LAIKI BANK on funding the commercial element of a mixed use development in Lordship Lane London N22.
The Mundays team was led by George Georgiou (Partner Commercial Property) who reviewed the commercial property documentation, assisted by Lorna Palmer (Banking) who dealt with the security aspects of the transaction, including offshore jurisdiction matters. Nik Haria (Head of Construction) reviewed the bank guarantee documentation to be given to the registered social landlord as well as the construction aspects of the property documentation.
The project was structured for the borrowers by the Inner Circle Group. The borrowers were represented by Peter Brown & Co. The team was led by Peter Brown.
